Out-of-state support is usually scheduled within one week, depending on engineer and parts availability.

• Tool refurbishments: typically 8–10 weeks, depending on scope and component availability.
  

Yes. Our field service engineers deploy worldwide, and we regularly ship parts to customers across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Both. We maintain a large in-stock inventory for common components and also have an extensive sourcing network for legacy or hard-to-find parts.

We offer hands-on training for tool operation, maintenance, and safety.
Training can be conducted on-site or at our Chandler facility, depending on the tool configuration.

Yes. Zyon specializes in obsolescence and legacy support.

We can source or manufacture replacement parts, retrofit assemblies, and extend the usable life of discontinued CMP tools.

Yes. Zyon Technologies is ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management and operates an ISO 7 cleanroom for head builds and refurbishments.

Every refurbishment follows documented ISO 9001:2015 procedures, and warranty coverage is defined in the quote based on tool condition and refurbishment level.
