    • Tool refurbishments: typically 8–10 weeks, depending on scope and component availability.

  • Yes. Our field service engineers deploy worldwide, and we regularly ship parts to customers across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

    Once we confirm pricing and lead times, you can issue a Purchase Order (PO) or pay by credit card.

    All orders ship FOB Chandler, AZ.

  • Both. We maintain a large in-stock inventory for common components and also have an extensive sourcing network for legacy or hard-to-find parts.

    • Parts: Standard 90-day warranty, with extended options available.

    • Tools: Coverage depends on refurbishment level and service scope.

  • We offer hands-on training for tool operation, maintenance, and safety.
    Training can be conducted on-site or at our Chandler facility, depending on the tool configuration.

    Advanced CMP process development training is available through our partner organization, Kothar Technologies.

  • Yes. Zyon specializes in obsolescence and legacy support.

    We can source or manufacture replacement parts, retrofit assemblies, and extend the usable life of discontinued CMP tools.
